SCREEN PRINTING
We will screen print up to 6 colors per location on a number of fabrics including cotton jersey, cotton-poly blends, organic cotton, canvas twill, fleece and more. We can modify and custom mix the ink to give you the characteristics, the look and feel that you desire.
Screen printing is a printing technique that uses a woven mesh to support an ink blocking stencil. The attached stencil forms open areas of mesh that transfer ink as a sharp-edged image onto a substrate. A roller or squeegee is moved across the screen stencil forcing or "pumping" ink through the open areas onto the fabric.

DISCHARGE PRINTING
Discharge printing is a type of screen printing that uses a "discharge ink". Discharge inks only work on cotton or other natural materials and it is best suited for dark colored fabrics. The discharge inks basically "bleach" out the existing fabric color and replace it with a new ink color. Discharge printing has been around for decades, but has become very popular in recent years. The benefits of discharge printing are a very soft feel and color that won't crack or peel with extended use. Discharge printing is a great way to print and can be used for a number of different applications.

FOIL APPLICATION
We screen print your design with a special adhesive and then apply a thin foil to those areas. This gives you a very shiny metallic print in silver, gold, copper or various other metallic colors. Foil printing can be combined with screenprinting and rhinestone application to give you some very attractive results.

SUBLIMATION PRINTING
Sublimation printing is used on 100% polyester or polyester blended fabrics. It can also be used on a number of other materials like tile, plaques, glass, ceramic, plastic and much more. Sublimation printing use a special ink that when heated adheres to the "host" material and gives you extremely high quality detail. Sublimation printing can be used to give you precise high quality replication of photos or other high defenition graphics. Sublimation also has a very sofr feel and amazing detail wehn used on garments. We can print any number of colors with sublimation printing

RHINESTONE APPLICATION
We have top of the line equipment for quickly and accurately placing rhinestones on almost anything you can think of. If you want "bling" then Rock and Soul Printing has you covered. We apply rhinestones in combination with any of our printing methods to give you outstanding looks that really catch the eye.
